designer's notes

Not to be confused with the magazine or novel, this was a devised promenade piece, loosely based on the myth of “Echo and Narcissus”. It was an analytical piece that explored and critiqued the concept of narrative, storytelling, and repetition in a unique setting. The lighting created an atmosphere that guided the audience’s experience around a string labyrinth and allowed them to experience lighting design instead of just watching.
